“Web 101- Getting an Online Presence”

An Informal Workshop (Free, and open to the public)

Feb 23 6:30-8:30PM

Androscoggin Bank (Jay) Community Room
6 Androscoggin Lane, Jay, Maine

Phil Poirier of Protean Graphics will be providing a free workshop titled “Web 101- Getting an Online Presence”, sponsored by the Jay-Livermore, Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce. This workshop will be a basic introduction to the web and to the many ways you can get a web presence. There will be an overview presentation with plenty of time for questions and answers in an informal and comfortable setting.

Protean Graphics owner Phil Poirier says

“Having some way to represent your business or non-profit on the web is absolutely essential. People no longer look you up in the yellow pages, instead they Google you!  If you have no online presence you are missing out. There are many ways to get an online presence; some of them are free, and many are simple enough for the layman to use without training.”
