The Jay-Livermore-Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce is hosting our 5th annual golf tournament to raise funds for scholarships to Spruce Mountain High School seniors furthering their education.
The tournament will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Maple Lane Golf Course, 295 Maple Lane, Livermore, rain or shine.
Format for the tournament includes:
- 18 Holes of Golf Scramble Format
- 8:00 am Registration 9:00 am Shotgun Start
- Golf Carts Included Banquet / Raffle
Tournament Prizes
Items to be awarded for 1st and 2nd Place for Low Gross/Net,
Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive also other Fun Prizes
The fee for a Four-Person Team is $200.00, which includes 2 Golf Carts, Greens Fees and the Banquet at the Club House.
A limited number of embroidered golf shirts will be available, on a first come first served basis, for $25 each. If you are interested in purchasing a shirt, please reserve one on your registration form, and give us your shirt size.
Team registration is on a first come first serve basis. Your check and registration form will guarantee your place in the event. We encourage you to turn in your check and registration by June 1st.
