The Jay-Livermore-Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce is hosting our 12th annual golf tournament to raise funds for 4 $1000 scholarships to Spruce Mountain High School Seniors furthering their education.

The tournament will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Turner Highlands

Format for the tournament includes:

18 Holes of Golf Scramble Format
8:00 am Registration 9:00 am Shotgun Start
Golf Carts Included Banquet / Raffle

Tournament Prizes

Items to be awarded for 1^st and 2^nd Place for Low Gross/Net,

Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive also other Fun Prizes

The fee for a Four-Person Team is $300.00, which includes 2 Golf Carts, Greens Fees and the Banquet at the Club House.

New Package offer this year- 4 person team for $340 including all that is above plus 4 strings and 4 mulligans.

Team registration is on a first come first serve basis. Your payment and registration form will guarantee your place in the event. Teams are encouraged to be registered and paid by May 1st.

Restaurant bar will be open and a drink cart will be available on the course, please utilize host facilities.
