Build a Brand Story That Engages Your Customer
Your customers are looking for businesses that tell a story they can relate to. If you're struggling to explain what makes your business special or finding the right words to engage customers, our branding guidance gives you the language and message framework to communicate with confidence.
What to Expect
A 2-hour, Zoom-based, interactive workshop. Key presentation will be made by Emily Brackett, which will include:
- Information and examples
- Group breakout activities
- Individual feedback based on participants' businesses
What is branding and why does it matter? Learn why having a memorable and consistent brand will make all your marketing efforts more effective.
Which channels to use to tell your story. We will focus primarily on your website, social media, and E-newsletter, showing you the best way to use each medium.
How to tell an authentic, engaging story online. How to attract your best prospects and showcase what's unique and special about your business.
Review your questions and examples. Time to put it into practice for your own business. We'll complete some exercises during the workshop to help you plan for a successful implementation after. Bring examples from your business to get immediate professional recommendations.
About Our Presenter
This workshop will be presented by Emily Brackett, President of Visible Logic in Portland.
As a business owner herself, Emily shares a certain kinship with the entrepreneurs and innovators who make up Visible Logic’s roster of clients. She appreciates their motives, speaks their language and comprehends their challenges. This sort of understanding is essential in her role of setting the strategic and creative direction for each project Visible Logic takes on.
Emily’s innate ability to bring clarity to complex brands through words and visuals has earned her numerous awards from Graphic Design USA and a spot in Goldman Sachs’ prestigious 10,000 Small Business program. Emily loves the challenge of taking a new or unique product or service and molding it into a tangible brand. When not running Visible Logic or her branding software company Branding Compass, Emily can be found running (and biking) the streets of Portland.
All registrants will receive a Zoom link in a separate email.
