Part I: Advanced Transactions & Customization

During this hands-on session, participants will enhance their skills in managing complex transactions, customizing workflows, and leveraging automation:

• Managing recurring invoices and automating reminders
• Handling retainers, prepayments, and revenue recognition
• Customizing forms
• And more!

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.

Part II: Reporting, Troubleshooting & Optimization

Presented by Melissa Gilbert

Monday, March 23 | 6:30pm-8:30pm

Building upon concepts from the first session, participants will learn the following:

• Creating and customizing management reports (e.g. cash flow, budget vs. actuals)
• Advanced inventory tracking
• Reconciling discrepancies in bank feeds or accounts
• And more!

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.

Other Important Information

• Laptops are not required. Participants bringing laptops will need to provide their own power cords.
• For the most interactive experience, attendees should have QuickBooks installed or access to a trial version before starting.
• Anyone looking for help to individually set up their personal QuickBooks account may schedule a separate one-on-one session with Melissa.
