This area of employment is the source of the greatest trouble in sorting out what is right to do.  Not only that, but the exasperation that can come with dealing with multiple absences or accommodation requests can lead to decisions that might be best delayed, at a minimum.  We will go through some common scenarios as well as try to leave time for questions.  Helpful background materials will also be shared.  Speaker Rebecca Webber of Skelton, Taintor & Abbott has been practicing law for 25 years and focuses her practice on employment law, with a commitment to building social capital through programs assisting local businesses.
