President Obama Proclaims “Day of Remembrance for President Abraham Lincoln”, Directing Flags be Lowered

President Barack Obama has issued a proclamation entitled “Day of Remembrance for President Abraham Lincoln”, which directs the flags be lowered to half-staff for the entire day Wednesday, April 15, 2015.
